Lead and develop a team of 6 Outbound BDRs across the DACH & Benelux region, empowering them to hit and exceed their quotas.
Set the pace by bringing energy, clarity, and momentum to the team. You’ll coach, motivate, and build a culture of high performance and consistency.
Design incentives that boost productivity and reward excellence across the region.
Take over and refine our outbound playbook, processes, sequences, scripts, email templates, objection handling, and qualification tactics to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Become the go-to expert for questions about sales techniques, processes, product updates, and integrations.
Run impactful 1:1s, call reviews, and email coaching to spot growth opportunities and elevate individual performance.
Represent Aircall with professionalism, instilling trust, credibility, and focus within the team.
Drive strategic initiatives shaping the future of our global BDR organisation.

2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development management, ideally in SaaS or tech.
A proven outbound track record: you know what great prospecting looks like and how to operationalise it.
Experience leading or managing teams, with a clear ability to motivate, coach, and level up talent.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, love structure and process, and consistently operate with ambition and ownership.
