About Anthropic
- Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
- As an Integrations Developer at Anthropic, you'll be instrumental in powering our go-to-market operations by architecting and implementing scalable integrations that streamline our business systems and automate critical processes. You'll work both autonomously and collaboratively to design robust technical solutions that drive our business growth, partnering closely with Data and Engineering teams alongside business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into flexible, secure, and scalable integrations. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency by enabling key functionality such as automating our quote-to-order process, seamlessly integrating business systems, and optimizing our revenue operations - all while shaping our integration architecture to support Anthropic's evolution as a fast-growing organization.

- Implement monitoring and alerting on critical system integrations
- Ensure integrations are secure and compliant
- Responsible for maintenance of the integrations and ensuring data quality across systems
- Partner with teams across the company like Data and Engineering to coordinate on upstream and downstream dependencies of the integrations as well as building in line with the company’s engineering best practices and infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational workflows and technical requirements

How we're different
- We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
- The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
