Key Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition and cross-sell goals across our Mortgage, Consumer Banking, and Ecosystem products for our largest customer and prospects.
- Deeply partner with banks to grow our relationship from single-product to multi-product.
- Help customer executives prioritize innovation and speed - you are a consultant to the banking C-suite as much as a sales leader.
- Mentor a team of 6 - 8 AEs and leaders and help them develop into future leaders themselves.
- Accurately forecast deals and diagnose issues proactively to unblock opportunities.
- Work with a dynamic product team to set product roadmaps, prioritize customers, and release features that unlock revenue.
- Take an active voice in defining Blend’s strategy and market position.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in SaaS Sales with 5+ years as a senior leader.
- Track record of fostering, navigating, and unlocking complex relationships with large customers and selling innovative technology roadmaps.
- Understanding of Mortgage and Consumer Banking industries is a huge plus.
- Experience selling platform solutions (as opposed to single point solutions).
- Exposure to consumption based pricing models.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
