Exp: 5 to 8 yrs Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain the LMS platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and system configurations 2. Configure and maintain integrations between LMS and 3rd party systems(SSO, data intergrations) to ensure seamless data flow and user provisioning 3. Manage SCORM content ingestion, troubleshoot playbook or tracking issues, and optimize content packaging for consistent learner experience 4. Monitor system performance, apply patches and update, coordinate sandbox testing and manage release deployments with rollback plans 5. Implement and maintain automated workflows for enrollments, notifications, completions and certification renewals using the LMS API or built in automation tools 6. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards tools, validate integrity and support adhoc data requests for stakeholders 7. Oversee and work with audit team to ensure we are maintaining the validated environment
