The Associate Customer Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in scaling customer impact across a broad portfolio of accounts.
- This role combines execution discipline with builder capability. You will design and improve repeatable workflows, build lightweight automations, analyze data to uncover trends, and ensure that customer enablement initiatives move efficiently from plan to realization.
- You will operate across a large set of accounts, driving revenue realization and identifying systemic friction that prevents customers from activating and adopting learning initiatives.
- This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and building systems that scale.
What You Will Own
- Revenue realization across a broad portfolio of customer accounts.
- Efficient execution of enablement workflows at scale.
- Monitoring activation, engagement, and usage trends.
- Identification of recurring friction points across accounts.
- Continuous improvement of processes and tooling.
Builder, Data & Automation Expectations
- This role combines operational discipline with a strong builder mindset. You are expected to use data, automation, and AI to continuously improve scale, efficiency, and impact.
- You should be able to:
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recurring friction using data and structured analysis.
- Work confidently with dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to uncover trends and surface insights.
- Translate insights into clear, prioritized action plans that drive measurable improvement.
- Build lightweight automations or scripts to reduce manual effort and improve throughput.
- Leverage AI tools, copilots, and coding assistants to accelerate analysis and solution design.
- Create clear visual representations and structured reporting that make complex information actionable.
- Turn performance metrics into measurable improvement initiatives.
- Improve scale and efficiency through technology rather than additional headcount.
- Operate with urgency, accuracy, and precision in a fast-moving environment.
- Work in a hybrid office setting in our Bellevue, WA office.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Project Management.
- Operational Discipline: Proven track record of managing high-volume tasks with extreme attention to detail.
- Analytical Fluency: Ability to navigate and interpret both structured data (Salesforce reports, spreadsheets) and unstructured data (customer feedback, field notes) to drive decision-making.
- Process optimization: Experience identifying "manual toil" and actively improving processes or building scalable workflows from scratch.
- Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in automation and efficiency; experience with (or a desire to learn) lightweight automation tools, AI prompting, or basic scripting.
- High-Growth Agility: Comfort working in a fast-paced, "build-as-you-go" environment.
- Ownership Mindset: A proactive "bias for action"—you don't wait for permission to fix a broken process.
