What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Stakeholder Leadership
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to EMEA Sales, Professional Services (PS), and L&E leadership, ensuring regional priorities are aligned with global ENGAGE objectives.
  • Operational Discipline: Elevate planning rigour, data integrity, and execution accountability across stakeholders to strengthen predictability and performance.
  • Executive Insight and Presence: Co-lead QBRs and MBRs, delivering actionable, forward-looking insights that drive decisions.
  • Strategy Translation: Convert global strategy into executable regional operating plans tailored to regional market realities.
  • Escalation & Risk Management
  • Regional Escalation Authority: Serve as the escalation lead for operational bottlenecks impacting training delivery, enablement, or revenue.
  • Systemic Resolution: Lead root cause analysis with peer teams to convert recurring issues into structural improvements.
  • Prioritisation: Balance customer urgency with operational capacity to protect revenue integrity and delivery commitments.
  • Regional Operations & Planning
  • Operating Cadence Ownership: Own the full region planning cycle, including forecasting, capacity modelling, QBRs, and leadership reviews in partnership with the local L&E leadership.
  • Performance Visibility: Build, share, and maintain executive-ready dashboards that surface key operational metrics and risk signals.
  • Risk Intervention: Identify emerging risks early and drive coordinated corrective action across functions.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure regional execution aligns with global operating standards while accounting for local nuance.
  • AI-Driven Optimisation & Scale
  • Predictive Operations: Champion predictive analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and anticipate demand, utilisation, and performance gaps.
  • Automation/Agentic Workflows: Implement intelligent intake, automated workflows, and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual workload.
  • Scalable Design: Develop standardised, repeatable processes that enable regional growth while preserving consistency and flexibility for local markets.
  • Process Governance & Change Leadership
  • Workflow Standardisation: Establish clear ownership models (RACI) and standardised operating procedures across the region.
  • Change Management: Drive change management to embed new tools, automation, and data-driven practices.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Influence distributed, matrixed teams to accelerate execution and reduce operational friction.

  • Building a predictable, standardized global operating model with clear decision rights and executive-ready reporting.
  • Real-time, predictive visibility into global demand, capacity, performance, and exceptions.
  • Demonstrable conversion of operational improvements into capacity unlocks, reduced partner spend, and revenue uplift.
  • Automation and AI embedded into daily operations, materially reducing manual overhead and cycle times.
  • High regional adoption of CoE standards and tooling.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within a high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting, and execution frameworks.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into executive insight.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in AI tools and automation concepts applied to operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Enablement Operations within a high-growth technical environment (Data, AI, or Cloud preferred).
  • Proven ability to influence and manage senior Sales and Professional Services leaders with credibility and confidence.
  • Demonstrated experience handling high-priority customer and internal escalations with composure, structure, and decisive resolution.
  • Strong analytical rigour with the ability to interrogate data, uncover root causes, and drive measurable, business-impacting change.
  • AI fluency, with experience leveraging automation and advanced analytics (preferably Databricks tools) to streamline workflows and generate actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a matrixed, international environment with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
  • Background in services-oriented operations, including utilisation management, billable capacity, success credits, and operational scaling challenges.
  • Experience applying automation, AI, and analytics to improve operational efficiency and predictability.
