- As a Partner Development Representative (PDR) focused on SAP at Databricks, you will be at the forefront of one of our most strategic alliances. This is a first-of-its-kind role, dedicated entirely to building and scaling the Databricks + SAP partnership across APJ.
- Your mission is to evangelize, operationalize, and accelerate the Databricks + SAP opportunity. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between internal teams and customer SAP stakeholders, enabling collaboration, driving aligned messaging, and supporting pipeline acceleration. Expect high impact, visibility, and a steep but rewarding learning curve. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development APJ and executing as part of the SAP + Databricks specialist team, you'll play a pivotal role in this historic Databricks partnership.
The impact you will have
- Champion the combined SAP + Databricks value proposition for sales and customer conversations
- Lead and support strategic initiatives including SAP field enablement, internal awareness, and marketing activations.
- Be a visible SAP point of contact within Databricks and a key voice in the SAP field community
- Help position Databricks in SAP-centric GTM motions and playbooks
- Own and manage all SAP-related opportunity tracking, partner tagging, and top of funnel pipeline hygiene processes
- Collaborate with Databricks Partner Ecosystem for joint GTM prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, ops, alliances, and product
What we look for
- 2+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or pipeline operations within a B2B tech company
- Good understanding of SAP's ecosystem, technology landscape, and enterprise customer base
- Strong ability to manage processes, drive pipeline discipline, and operate with rigor across systems like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across both internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth environment
- A passion for Data & AI, and a desire to help enterprise customers unlock business value through innovation
