Atleast 8+ years of technical program management experience.
10+ years of industry experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete a full lifecycle of software development including concept, planning, design, execution, launch, and landing.
Ability to facilitate conversations to prioritize, manage trade-offs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successes.
Comfortable handling conflicts, escalations, and executive communication
Track records in creating repeatable processes and influence adoptions in multiple teams or organizations
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiar with agile methodology in software development and program management tools such as Jira.
