Databricks is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive some of our complex, high-impact technical programs with a focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), including Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Commercialization. This isn't just another TPM role—it's an opportunity to shape how Databricks runs and operates. This role will be part of the central Transformation and Program Management Office, led by the AVP of Strategy and Execution, and will report to the Director of Technical Program Management.

Own program business and technical outcomes, ensuring measurable business impact for a specific function or set of workstreams.
Lead cross-functional teams, often with competing priorities, to deliver high-quality, impactful business or technical outcomes.
Drive complex programs spanning multiple workstreams or a function, ranging from internal platform improvements to customer-facing software delivery.
Measure the impact of implemented outcomes and define clear KPIs to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.
Enable structure and clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, driving decisions and mitigating risks.
Maintain a strong technical understanding of the solutions being built, identifying and resolving key technical dependencies and risks.
Introduce scalable processes and drive organizational efficiency at the function or department level.

5+ years of experience driving technical initiatives across multiple functions and influencing Sr. Director and VP stakeholders.
Experience applying and refining program management frameworks and practices.
Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Business Platforms / Enterprise Systems, Commercialization, or cross-system process automation. Experience leading Quote-to-Cash (Deal Operations) initiatives is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Fit-Gap Analysis and leading design and technical trade-off discussions.
Strong ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and influence senior leaders and department stakeholders.
Experience driving cross-system process automation and integrations across business-critical workflows (e.g., quoting, pricing/discounting, approvals, contracting, order handoff, invoicing) is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or adjacent enterprise systems and integrations that support Quote-to-Cash workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance, access controls, and secure integration practices in enterprise systems is a plus.
Experience in the enterprise software industry, SaaS and B2B experience preferred.
Comfortable thriving in a rapidly scaling, dynamic startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge of Databricks products is a plus.
