As Lead, Product Education, you’ll drive day-to-day execution across customer and internal enablement, while also coaching a growing team of facilitators to raise the bar on delivery quality, consistency, and customer presence.
- This is a customer-facing role at the intersection of education, product, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of DevRevU programs in India (planning, delivery, logistics, follow-through)
- Coach and mentor facilitators/trainers through shadowing, feedback, and delivery best practices
- Build and pilot modern learning formats: simulations, scenario-based practice, AI-guided labs, and agentic learning experiences
- Facilitate live workshops and trainings (virtual + in-person) for technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate DevRev’s AI and automation capabilities into practical, role-based workflows and demos
- Partner with Product, Engineering, PMM, and CX to stay aligned with roadmap and releases
- Maintain high-quality training assets: demos, exercises, learning paths, and certification tracks
- Track outcomes (engagement, certification completion, adoption signals) and continuously improve programs
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in product education, enablement, technical training, solutions engineering, or similar SaaS roles
- Experience in a team lead role, coaching/mentoring others
- Strong product fluency and ability to simplify complex topics for mixed audiences
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Comfort with AI concepts (LLMs, agents, automation, prompt workflows) and how to teach them
- Strong facilitation skills and customer presence
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern training tools
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication
- Willingness to travel for customer programs
