The Diligent Market Intelligence team delivers data and analytics solutions that power informed governance and risk decisions. We are hiring a Content Analyst to support our News Analytics products, which provide curated news aggregation and sentiment analysis capabilities.
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining content quality, supporting feed reliability, and strengthening source coverage across our news data pipelines. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure our news datasets remain accurate, timely, and commercially valuable to clients.
The role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and technically curious, with a strong appreciation for how high-quality content underpins client trust and product differentiation.

Monitor and maintain news and web-monitoring feeds (RSS, web scrapers, page watchers) to ensure consistent, high-quality coverage.
Investigate and resolve content feed issues, escalating technical defects to Product and Engineering where required.
Support the ongoing refinement of content coverage, source prioritization, and taxonomy alignment.
Evaluate potential new data sources and support onboarding into the content pipeline.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve feed governance, monitoring workflows, and quality control processes.
Document processes and promote best practices in content validation and monitoring.

1-3 years of experience in content operations, data management, research, or a related SaaS environment.
Experience with RSS feeds.
Experience with web-scraping tools, including Mozenda and Diffbot.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
Understanding of content categorization, tagging, or taxonomy frameworks.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
