Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior leaders (CEOs, CFOs, VPs) to understand business operations and financial performance, delivering clear summaries to analysts.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve client issues, manage rating appeals, and ensure strict adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records, address customer queries, and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables across stakeholders.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to support financial/business research and contribute to complex analyses.
- Support sales through product explanations, presentations, and handling specialized customer inquiries.
- Participate in rating committees, drive process improvements, and collaborate across SBUs for various projects.
Key Requirements:
- MBA with 1-3 years of experience in banking or credit rating industry in a role requiring ongoing client interaction.
- Should have a strong grasp on understanding and analyzing financial statements.
- Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills.
- Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
