Key Responsibilities
- Conduct credit assessments of companies through sector and industry analysis, financial evaluation, discussions with company management, participation in rating committees, and regular database updates
- Perform peer group comparisons and SWOT analyses for relevant sectors
- Contribute to various business unit projects, including research assignments and preparation of presentations
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of databases for all evaluated companies
- Maintain strict adherence to process guidelines, compliance standards, and timelines to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Candidates must have cleared both groups of IPCC prior to joining and should be preparing for their finals
- Strong awareness of current affairs and an up‑to‑date understanding of the economic and business landscape
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with the capacity to deliver value‑added insights
- Ability to interpret financial statements, understand company business models, and conduct analysis across various industries
- Highly articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities suited for a global corporate environment
- Able to foster a culture of trust, open communication, creative problem‑solving, and effective team collaboration
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word; working knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
