Conduct credit assessments of companies through sector and industry analysis, financial evaluation, discussions with company management, participation in rating committees, and regular database updates
Perform peer group comparisons and SWOT analyses for relevant sectors
Contribute to various business unit projects, including research assignments and preparation of presentations
Ensure timely and accurate updates of databases for all evaluated companies
Maintain strict adherence to process guidelines, compliance standards, and timelines to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Candidates must have cleared both groups of IPCC prior to joining and should be preparing for their finals
Strong awareness of current affairs and an up‑to‑date understanding of the economic and business landscape
Demonstrated analytical abilities with the capacity to deliver value‑added insights
Ability to interpret financial statements, understand company business models, and conduct analysis across various industries
Highly articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities suited for a global corporate environment
Able to foster a culture of trust, open communication, creative problem‑solving, and effective team collaboration
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word; working knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
