Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the screening database provided by the pre-sales team to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls to introduce and explain products/services.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates.
- Research and identify new companies and organizations to explore business opportunities.
- Maintain daily productivity by making a minimum of 60–70 successful connected calls.
- Demonstrate strong customer acquisition experience along with excellent communication and probing skills.
- Compile and share daily MIS reports, including call status, clients contacted, and newly added companies. Ensure calling sheets are sent to Sales Associates in the prescribed format.
- Execute marketing campaigns, including mail blast activities.
- Provide daily reports on all activities and client engagement efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline with prior experience in a similar role.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent probing ability.
