Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive reports and assign risk scores by analyzing entities through annual reports, supporting documents, site visits, and management discussions
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and industry benchmarking
- Assess the managerial and operational capabilities of channel partners
- Review channel partners’ adherence to statutory, regulatory, and AML compliance requirements
- Perform sectoral assessments and comparative industry analysis
- Execute portfolio analysis for clients to provide insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain risk‑scoring models tailored to client requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of client accounts
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Finance; CFA Level I/II or CMA certification is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of management, operational, financial, and compliance risk frameworks
- Proficient in ratio analysis, liquidity evaluation, and cash flow assessment
- Ability to interpret statutory filings, regulatory disclosures, and litigation records
- Skilled in developing risk‑scoring models and implementing due‑diligence methodologies
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
