Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Legal team to understand D&B’s legal processes, compliance requirements, and business operations
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Support the Legal team with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks
- Draft and review email communications on behalf of the Legal team to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
- Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for legal documents and email correspondence for easy retrieval
- Monitor incoming emails, track requests, and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and update legal databases, ensuring documents are accurately cataloged and always up to date
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes with attention to detail
- Act as a primary coordination point between the Legal department and other internal business units to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Key Requirements
- Candidates who are graduates and currently pursuing CS or Law are preferred
- Strong task‑prioritization and organizational abilities
- Basic awareness of corporate finance and compliance/secretarial duties
- Prior Legal/CS/Finance internship experience is an added benefit
