Engage with senior stakeholders in client organizations (SMEs and large corporates), including CEOs, CFOs, Vice Presidents, and similar roles, to understand their business and financial performance.
Resolve client issues by collaborating with internal teams and other departments within D&B, ensuring the quickest and most efficient solutions while coordinating with the sales team.
Maintain strict adherence to SLAs and SOPs, with a strong commitment to doing the right thing when circumstances require.
Review reports prepared by the team, which may cover SMEs as well as large corporates and vary in content depending on the report type.
Perform complex analyses and work on financial and business research-based assignments and reports.
Collaborate with members of other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for specific projects.

CA or MBA with 8+ years of experience in banking or credit rating industry in a client-facing role.
Strong ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
Excellent communication skills – articulate in both verbal and written English and Hindi.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
