Job Summary
As the Tech Lead for our JavaScript/TypeScript full‑stack team, you will guide technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and serve as a key technical counterpart to our client stakeholders. You’ll be a great contributor to the code quality and security aspects, while actively coaching engineers to deepen the team’s expertise in our core stack. You’ll be hands-on and equally strong in communication—facilitating technical discussions, translating business needs into technical plans, and ensuring we commit secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a technical lead, be a reference when communicating with the team and stakeholders (including the client);
Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;
Development of new features;
Maintenance of existing applications;
Help define and document practices, methodologies and processes relevant to technical teams, improving Encora’s knowledge base;
Implement solution from coding to testing to production deployment support;
Mentor less experienced team members.

Knowledge about agile software development;
Experience in driving Scrum rituals (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective).
