You will

  • Assist with the preparation of the company’s ASC 740 tax provision, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Prepare and file monthly indirect tax returns (e.g., sales & use tax, VAT, GST, etc.) in applicable jurisdictions.
  • Prepare monthly tax journal entries and ensure accuracy of related account reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external tax reporting requirements by gathering data and preparing supporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure proper tax accounting and compliance.
  • Assist with special tax projects and process improvements as needed.

You should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or progress toward certification preferred, but not required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax department.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. income tax accounting principles (ASC 740).
  • Familiarity with indirect tax compliance processes.
  • Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision and NetSuite strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
