The Role: What You’ll Do

  • Patient Experience: Room patients efficiently, obtaining and documenting vital signs (BP, Temp, Pulse, Respiration, Ht/Wt) directly into the EHR.
  • Clinical Excellence: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following strict phlebotomy protocols.
  • Preventative Care: Administer immunizations and injections per physician orders while maintaining meticulous vaccine records.
  • Provider Support: Assist with minor procedures and examinations as needed.
  • Operational Flow: Handle other clinical duties required to keep our high-speed clinic running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN or CMA.
  • Technical Skill: Proven expertise in phlebotomy and administering injections/vaccines.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex medical ideas into simple, empathetic language.
  • Reliability: Impeccable organizational skills and access to reliable personal transportation.
  • Safety First: For the protection of our team and patients, full vaccination (including COVID-19 booster) is required.
