The Role: What You’ll Do
- Patient Experience: Room patients efficiently, obtaining and documenting vital signs (BP, Temp, Pulse, Respiration, Ht/Wt) directly into the EHR.
- Clinical Excellence: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following strict phlebotomy protocols.
- Preventative Care: Administer immunizations and injections per physician orders while maintaining meticulous vaccine records.
- Provider Support: Assist with minor procedures and examinations as needed.
- Operational Flow: Handle other clinical duties required to keep our high-speed clinic running smoothly.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN or CMA.
- Technical Skill: Proven expertise in phlebotomy and administering injections/vaccines.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex medical ideas into simple, empathetic language.
- Reliability: Impeccable organizational skills and access to reliable personal transportation.
- Safety First: For the protection of our team and patients, full vaccination (including COVID-19 booster) is required.
