- If you’re excited to shape how the world works, you’ll help build systems used daily across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and many more - deeply embedded where people get things done. You’ll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.
- Define and evolve Glean’s pricing strategy as new capabilities are released
- Build messaging that helps account executives explain how Glean is priced and our pricing philosophy
- Benchmark pricing strategies against key competitors and adjacent categories; identify where pricing can be a strategic differentiator
- Create and maintain pricing and packaging bill of materials (e.g. guides, licensing one-pagers, and FAQs for different buyer personas)
- Partner with product management and product operations to incorporate pricing into the product development lifecycle
- Be the voice of the customer during product development
- Partner with product marketing and product management teams to determine how to price and package new features and products
- Define promotional strategy and framework
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on pricing, strategy, product marketing, or product management; experience in AI or agentic platform products is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic decisions with executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Bias toward clarity, structure, and action; enjoys building the operating model as much as the strategy
- Background working with enterprise buyers (IT, CIO, CDO, support leaders) and understanding how they evaluate value and risk; strong storytelling skills
- This is a hybrid role (4 days a week in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office)
