Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier-1 institution—or equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company.
2+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python).
Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and REST API design.
Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., for code generation, code review, testing, or documentation).
