Monetization Experimentation – Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize pricing strategies, feature adoption, and subscription conversion.
Insight Generation – Analyze large-scale datasets to identify monetization opportunities, behavioral patterns, and friction points.
Strategic Storytelling – Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Opportunity Discovery – Drive impact by proactively identifying new questions and value areas before they’re asked.
Cross-Functional Impact – Work with Engagement, Marketing, and Trust & Safety pods to balance user experience and monetization goals.
Fast Execution – Adapt quickly, iterate on analyses, and prioritize ruthlessly in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs.

7+ years of experience in data analytics, including at least 3 years in consumer technology.
Experience working with raw telemetry and datasets with 100M+ rows.
Strong background in A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation.
Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python for advanced analysis.
Strong business intuition and understanding of how data connects to product decisions.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and taking initiative.
