Execute high-quality learning experiences by developing content with
precision, attention to detail, and effective use of AI-powered tools.
Design and develop engaging content using tools like PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and others, integrating AI where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with peers and graphic designers to bring innovative, tech-enabled learning solutions to life.
Ensure excellence in every deliverable by conducting thorough quality reviews and refining content based on feedback.
Develop reusable and scalable learning solutions that accelerate project deliveries and meet evolving client needs

Possess a Bachelor's degree.
Have 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum
Development, or Content Creation.
Have experience using PowerPoint.
Can leverage AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, asset generation,
etc.) effectively while maintaining instructional integrity.
Want exposure to cutting-edge instructional design trends and technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement.
Want to contribute to impactful learning experiences that help clients see the value of training through real-world applications.
Have the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
Instructional Design certification is a plus.
Experience in end-to-end content development is a plus.
Working knowledge of Articulate 360 is good to have.
Exposure to multiple output formats (SCORM, videos, job aids, etc.) would be an advantage.
