Skills
Some people wait for moments. Others capture them. Which are you?
- If you’re naturally drawn to filming, photographing, or documenting what’s happening around you, this Digital Content & Brand Experience Internship gives you the opportunity to turn that instinct into real-world experience. You’ll work closely with the Employee Brand Experience Manager to create digital content that brings Minitab’s culture and employee stories to life.
- You’ll produce video, photography, design, and storytelling content for our SharePoint intranet—our digital home for employees—as well as social media and recruiting initiatives. This is not a shadow-and-observe role. You’ll concept, capture, and edit real content for a real audience.
- Beyond content creation, you’ll gain experience in employer branding, internal communications, and digital storytelling, learning how strategy and creativity intersect to shape employee experience. You’ll also build hands-on skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft tools, and emerging AI technologies to enhance content creation, research, and creative workflows.
- By the end of the internship, you won’t just have portfolio pieces, you’ll understand how storytelling, technology, and brand experience influence culture from the inside out.
