Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.

We are looking for software engineers with an automation focus who can work in a fast paced environment that is at the cutting edge of WAN edge & Cloud networking. You will fit into this role if you have an eye for delivering high quality, high performance & scalable software driven by automation. The ability to take a customer centric, big picture approach to QE will be an added advantage.
In this role you will find yourself working at all levels of the QE process starting from crafting feature specific test case automation to customer centric system level tests automation.

Understand the product/feature functionality and draft a scalable and bug free automated test for the entire feature.
Own the feature completely and deliver the automation on time, proactively address the regression and script issues.
Thorough understanding of the product features.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly analyse regression failures and resolve it into a product issue or script issue and resolve it to the earliest.
Should be capable of automating all types of test classifications namely - Functional, Performance, System, Scale etc.
Work closely with cross functional teams at various stages of product development to meet the automation deliverables for a release

B.E /B.Tech /M.Tech degree from a recognised and accredited university/college.
Minimum 4 years of experience and should have a mix of product testing and automation expertise.

Strong expertise in Python programming language and should be able to automate cases at a good pace.
Strong knowledge to bring up test environments, automation and troubleshooting in a networking environment.
Strong expertise in Networking concepts, routing protocols, VPN, IPSec and WAN architecture
Familiarity with Docker environments
Familiarity with one of the major server virtualisation products (ESXi, KVM) & IaaS platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Good working knowledge in CI/CD deployment in public clouds.
Technical know-how of source code systems like Github

Experience in designing test framework
Ability to leverage AI with prompt engineering and get tasks done at a faster pace.
Familiarity with PyATS and Pytest is an added advantage.
Experience in front-end web UI automation tools like selenium, cypress
Experience with traffic generator tools like Spirent and Ixia
Experience with web programming and HTTP based APIs (REST)
Strong expertise in the linux commands.
