So, what’s the role all about?
- This Position reports to our Global Vice President of Design and User Experience, the Director of UX will lead and Israel design organization as part of our collaborative UX leadership team. You'll build a high-performing team while making strategic design decisions that drive product excellence across our contact center and SaaS solutions.

Have you got what it takes?
- 20+ years of comprehensive UX Design experience with demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions
- At least 10 years of design leadership experience at an Enterprise level
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing, diverse design teams
- Experience operating as a peer leader in global, distributed organizations
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
