About the Internship

  • We are looking for an individual to join the Global Partner Marketing team, a dynamic group responsible for developing and executing joint marketing programs with Okta's most strategic partners. You will work closely with Partner Marketing Managers to create and manage initiatives that drive engagement, build pipeline, and have a measurable impact on Okta's business objectives through our global partner ecosystem. This cross-functional role involves working alongside teams in sales, marketing, and partner alliances.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Support the Global Partner Marketing team with the planning, execution, and measurement of joint marketing programs and campaigns
  • Gain a deep understanding of Okta’s joint value proposition with various partner types (Global System Integrations, Cloud Service Providers, Technology Partners) to assist with developing joint marketing and sales content
  • Communicate and collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers and internal sales teams across different time zones
  • Track and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness
  • Liaise with external agencies and design teams
  • Assist with marketing program logistics, including virtual and in-person event coordination

Who We are Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Dec. 2026 or May/June 2027 graduate) with a background in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude
  • A "people-person" who is comfortable building relationships with both internal teams and external partners
  • A keen interest in partner ecosystems and B2B technology marketing
  • A Plus if you have:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Prior internship experience in marketing or a related field

  • Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
