The EMEA Field Marketing team is a critical component of Okta’s ambitious growth strategy in the region. We are a passionate, high-impact group that works in close partnership with Sales and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and build brand presence. About this roleThis is a newly created, high-impact role within the EMEA Marketing function, dedicated to ensuring Okta's customers receive maximum value from their investment. You will be instrumental in building and executing content and community programs designed to foster customer loyalty, drive adoption, and fuel sustainable growth across the region. You will work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience.What you will do
- Create and execute customer reference programs that showcase successful customer journeys.
- Develop and lead the EMEA customer user group strategy, fostering strong peer-to-peer engagement and community.
- Organize and manage regional Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to gather strategic insights and deepen executive relationships.
- Design and implement customer cross-sell and upsell programs in close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Partner closely with the EMEA Field Marketing team and Global Customer Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in all customer-facing initiatives.
- Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, translating customer needs into actionable marketing programs.
What experience you have
- Experience in customer marketing, customer success, or growth-focused roles, ideally within the EMEA region.
- Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and scale community or content-driven programs that measurably impact customer growth and retention.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and global teams.
- A keen interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
