- Here at Auth0 we’re focused on securing the world’s identities so innovators can innovate. We’re currently hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Identity Security Insights team. The Insights team is responsible for modernizing the way Auth0 empowers our customers to seamlessly access and understand their Auth0 data and level up how they monitor and address security concerns.
What you will do
- Help design secure, performant, cross-platform browser-based features.
- Collaborate inside your team to solve technical and non-technical challenges.
- Work closely with Product and Design to determine and optimize user experience.
- Build new and maintain existing features by contributing across the full technical stack.
- Debug and resolve production issues and implement fixes for them.
- Be a part of the team's on-call rotations.
- Evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve overall practices.
You are a good fit for this role if you
- Have at least 8 years of software development experience.
- Are Familiar with Node.js and RESTful API
- A passion for learning.
- Like owning, designing, and driving projects end to end.
- Enjoy greenfield development and iterating on existing features.
- Are comfortable writing and operating full-stack applications.
- Have a good understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Enjoy being part of a highly collaborative, fully-remote, distributed team.
- Work well with technical and non-technical people to deliver high-value results.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Enjoy being part of a highly collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
- It is helpful, but not required, if you:
- Have experience working in distributed teams and work environments.
- Have experience working with React and Styled Components.
- Have experience working with data driven applications.
- Have experience working with Golang
