Staff Product Marketing Manager, Infrastructure
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Staff Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for Okta’s core Infrastructure and Trust motion. In this role, you will be a key leader in defining and executing the messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for our offerings that enable our customers to build resilient, secure, and compliant identity infrastructure.
- You will work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to elevate Okta's profile as the leading identity provider for infrastructure and developer audiences.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute the GTM strategy for Okta’s infrastructure and trust offerings, including Enhanced Disaster Recovery, new compliance cells, Terraform integrations, Okta MCP Server, and SDKs.
- Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target personas: security professionals, IT administrators, and Auth0 developers.
- Content Creation: Create high-impact content, including white papers, technical briefs, blog posts, and presentations, to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
- Sales Enablement: Arm the sales organization with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our infrastructure and trust solutions, including sales decks, battlecards, and training materials.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work cross-functionally with product management, corporate marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful GTM approach.
- Market Intelligence: Stay on top of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product strategy and messaging.
Required Skills and Experience
- Background: 6+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure.
- Developer Acumen: Proven ability to understand and market to a developer audience, with knowledge of developer tools, APIs, and SDKs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage senior stakeholders.
- Drive: High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Credit
- Experience with cloud security, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), or disaster recovery solutions.
- Technical background, such as a CS degree or previous engineering experience.

- Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
