Merchant Lending

  • We are an end-to-end digital lending platform enabling credit access to our consumers and merchants. We partner with various financial institutes and work very closely with them to offer customized lending products.
  • For this role, we are looking for an analytically proficient individual responsible for managing business growth across multiple programs for the business.
  • This role will help in the end to end development of the candidate in cross functional collaboration,deep understand of the lending ecosystem and business growth

Responsibilities

  • Complete growth ownership for the repeat (and Top up) programs of the business
  • Understand profile of the merchants and solve for awareness, consideration and final action for the loan eligible merchant pool
  • Identify and drive pricing interventions for sticky cohorts and drive conversion goodness
  • Ensure ToF for the program is not only retained but also grows at a certain pace. Create GTM strategies to stop merchant churn.
  • E2E ownership for the loan onboarding funnel for Merchant lending
  • Work with internal teams, vendors and lending partners (Banks/ NBFCs) to ideate, solve, track and scale different interventions to make the funnel more seamless for the merchants
  • Evangelize funnel best practices with the offline sales team to ensure zero information gaps and seamless execution
  • Work with the merchant org. to create engagement strategies for acquired merchants to get them in the lending eligibility funnel

Ideal Candidate

  • B.Tech/MBA from Tier-1 institution with 1-5 yrs of experience
  • Very hands on with excel and other reporting tools
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Influencing/Building consensus
  • Participate in brainstorming discussions and remain open to exploring alternative viewpoints
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to be able to arrive at the most optimum solution
  • Customer centricity: Proactively understand implications of actions/ decisions for customers (merchants/agents)
