How You’ll Find Success

Things You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships across healthcare organizations, engaging multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive new sales opportunities by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging inbound leads and SDR support.
  • Navigate and close deals in contract negotiations with a consultative, customer-obsessed approach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Professional Services and Product Experts to secure large strategic engagements.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Qualtrics’ Experience Management platform and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Deliver consistent achievement of sales quotas with a focus on strategic growth in healthcare accounts.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 3 years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
  • Proven track record working in healthcare SaaS sales, or in technology sales with a strong grasp of the healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles typically 3-6 months.
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • History of exceeding quarterly quotas and leading or contributing to high-performing sales teams.
