Staff Software Engineer - Enrichments EMEA Team

  • You proactively lead across teams to define, plan, and deliver ambitious technical initiatives with high business impact.

  • You collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to align engineering efforts with company goals.

  • Elevate your impact by architecting complex, large-scale distributed systems with multiple technology stacks.
  • Hone your skills leading cross-functional collaborations involving engineering, product, and operations.

  • Grow as a mentor and technical advisor, shaping not only code but also engineering culture and processes.
  • Drive architecture and design decisions on core enrichment services critical to company data infrastructure.
  • Lead large, cross-team projects from inception through production, removing blockers and managing dependencies.
  • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, influencing technical growth and increasing team effectiveness.
  • Define technical standards and best practices for multi-language backend development (Go, Python, Java, Scala).
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to align technical delivery with strategic goals.
  • Identify and mitigate technical debt and operational risks through proactive system improvements and automation.
  • Influence capacity planning, fault tolerance strategies, and service reliability best practices.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale backend systems and driving cross-team engineering efforts.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing reliable, scalable distributed systems using at least two of Go, Python, Java, Scala.
  • Demonstrated leadership in setting technical vision and influencing engineering culture beyond your immediate team.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical discussions across organizations.
  • Strong background with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and automation.
  • History of driving improvements around system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • We own data enrichment pipelines that deliver critical insights used by teams across the company.

  • We partner closely with product, infrastructure, and data science teams to solve challenging problems at large scale.
