At SoFi, our mission is to help our members achieve financial independence. To do that, we start with our own team. We are looking for a Stock Plan Administrator who is ready to move beyond basic data entry and step into a role defined by oversight, global scaling, and strategic compliance.

You will be a primary driver of expanding our global ESPP, a key partner in operationalizing mobility compliance, and a guardian of our equity administration integrity.
