Educate healthcare professionals on our product through in-person and virtual presentations
Achieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic sales plan
Maintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyalty
Business Planning
Analyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policy
Compliance
Ensure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policies
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports
Problem Solving & Optimization
Identify roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process and be solutions focused to overcome these challenges
Develop and execute solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collection

Strong communication, selling skills and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for regional areas and team meetings
