The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory workflows from start to finish by intelligently, creatively, and effectively infusing every step with AI. Together with our customers, Weave is designing and building the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle.

Understanding customer problems and translating that into simple solutions
Working with Product and Design to quickly find solutions
Writing performant, simple code. We run Django + Python + Postgres + Redis.
Managing ongoing conceptual and technical complexity while delivering value on Product projects

Has worked at an early-stage, product-based startup before (<50 people)
8 years of experience or more of Django in a production environment
Used of LLMs in production
Directly interacting with LLMs without abstraction libraries
Humble, hungry, and smart
Able to move quickly on tasks while producing high-quality results
Pragmatic, analytical thinker. Efficient decision maker
Bonus: Worked on a product in a regulated domain or where data privacy + security were essential
BS in Computer Science or similar field preferred
