- Astranis is scaling quickly, and our People Team is evolving rapidly to keep pace. We're seeking a versatile People Operations Associate with a passion for process and a drive to create an exceptional employee experience. Our ideal candidate has an insatiable learning appetite and a passion for supporting our team.
- Execute and streamline essential People Operations processes such as onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and accessibility of various People systems (e.g., Paylocity, Greenhouse, Lattice, Tangelo LMS).
- Create and maintain internal documentation, policies, training content, and resources to support People Team operations.
- Act as a cross-functional bridge, helping to translate operational needs into effective process improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for learning programs and other employee-facing initiatives.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR, or a related administrative or operational role.
- Familiarity with People systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
- Clear communicator with strong process-thinking skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, action oriented, and multi-tasking skills.
- Highly organized, with ability to effectively manage multiple work priorities while delivering operations solutions.
- Practical experience supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience in project coordination or process improvement.
- A strong interest in learning and development program management.
- The base salary for this position is $1,750 per week.
