Job summary

  • We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to be based in our office in Bangalore. As the Manager of TA, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. In this role you will lead the recruitment strategy and execution across India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, driving hiring efficiency, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth objectives.  The position requires strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the ability to build scalable hiring processes in a competitive talent landscape.

  • Set hiring targets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement across recruiting operations.

  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus recruiting, and recruitment partners.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

  • Manage recruitment tools such as ATS platforms and sourcing technologies.
  • Track key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize recruitment performance and processes.

What you will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing recruiters or leading hiring initiatives.
  • Proven experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the India talent market and recruitment landscape.
  • Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
