PMO/Project Admin

  • Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
  • We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
  • Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities

  • Asset Management
  • Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDB system and network database.
  • Track the lifecycle of network assets.
  • Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification.
  • Telco Billing
  • Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.
  • Provide monthly costing for reporting.
  • Data Line Tracking and Contract Management
  • Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines.
  • Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management.
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize, analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewals and telco billing.
  • Education:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business/Asset Management, or relevant qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
  • Essential:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula)
  • Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage
  • Possess good written and documentation skills and effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.
