- This is Riza, the HR Manager at Fresh Prints.
- If you had asked me five years ago whether I’d be leading recruitment, running cross-functional projects, managing a team of talented HR Associates, building automations (despite coming from a non-tech background), spearheading QA, and writing OKRs – all things that were completely alien to me at the time, I would’ve laughed and probably rolled my eyes.
- I joined Fresh Prints during COVID as a fresh graduate, as part of a newly formed HR team, viewing it as a stepping stone before heading to business school. That plan took a sharp U-turn when I was given opportunities to do far more than just “screen resumes” – to think critically about hiring, build systems, and help redefine what recruiting could look like in a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities
- As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:
- Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines
- Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar
- Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
- Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus
- Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred
CTC: Between $400 to $700, with a night allowance of $40
