What will you be doing?
- Taking full responsibility for verifying the terms of credit agreements.
- Conducting phone-based identity verifications with our customers to ensure security and trust.
- Forwarding verified credit agreements to our Partners for the final disbursement of funds.
- Keeping our business partners in the loop regarding the status of their requests.
Ideally, you
- Have basic knowledge (or a strong interest) in banking products and services.
- Are comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
- Have an eye for detail—in credit agreements, every "i" needs a dot.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility for the tasks you handle.
- Have the ability to manage your daily tasks effectively.
- Are fluent in Polish.
