What will you be doing?
- Supporting communication with our business partners (via email and phone) and assisting them with their daily requests.
- Helping users with our sales applications and providing basic technical guidance to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Preparing recurring sales reports and simple data summaries—your Excel skills will be put to good use here!
- Updating partner materials, such as presentations and manuals, and supporting mass communications to our network.
- Managing the document flow, including registering correspondence, organizing archives, and ensuring our records are spot-on.
Ideally, you
- You’re comfortable with technology and have a basic grip on Excel.
- Are fluent in Polish with a communicative command of English.
- Take pride in keeping documents and data organized and accurate.
- Have basic understanding of banking products and a drive to learn more about the fintech industry.
- Are a goal-oriented person and have the ability to take ownership of your tasks.
