About the Internship
- This internship is your opportunity to understand the strategic engine of a dynamic, global recruiting organization. You will work in our Recruiting Programs team, gaining exposure to everything from Talent Marketing to Early Career. You will play a meaningful role in supporting two of our most exciting new initiatives: building a pilot talent rotation program from the ground up and pioneering an AI incubator for our People Team interns.
- This role is for a builder who connects creative vision with grounded, detail-oriented execution.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Build a New Program: Partner with the team to design and build a new talent rotation program, contributing to everything from initial concept and research to creating the foundational documents.
- Drive an AI Incubator: Participate as a key member of our People Team's AI Incubator, collaborating with other interns to develop a capstone AI project that elevates our organization.
- Gain Broad Exposure: Support a variety of projects across the Recruiting Programs team, learning about talent marketing, analytics, and operational excellence.
- Develop Strategic Content: Assist in creating presentations and communications that tell the story of our team's work and impact to leaders and stakeholders.
- Support Team Operations: Help organize team resources, track project progress, and contribute to making our entire team more efficient.
What We Are Looking For
- Passion for AI: You are excited about how technology can be used to solve real-world problems and are actively engaged with the latest AI trends.
- Builder's Mindset: You are deeply curious, creative, and thrive on building things from scratch. You're energized by a blank slate and the opportunity to create structure out of ambiguity.
- Strong Organizational & Project Coordination Skills: You are reliable and have a knack for tracking details and advancing projects.
- Proactive and Collaborative Spirit: You are eager to contribute, happy to partner with others, and comfortable taking initiative on assigned tasks.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly and professionally communicate in writing and have experience creating presentations (Google Slides).
