RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated interview experience.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and reimbursement processes, coordinating flights, lodging, and on-site logistics when applicable.
- Support and partner with Recruiters to provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse
- Coordinate interview panels in Greenhouse, including scheduling, calendar management, and ensuring interview kits and scorecards are completed.
- Prepare and send candidate communications through Greenhouse, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and logistical details.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure alignment on interview schedules, expectations, and candidate feedback timelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort and familiarity in dealing with highly confidential information
- Strong time management and project management skills
