Day to Day:
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to collecting the first subscription payment
- Prospect daily, conduct high-quality discovery, and tailor Torch's solution to dental practice needs
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets (60–90 outbound calls per day depending on ramp status)
- Leverage proven sales playbooks while collaborating with teammates and leadership to iterate on sales strategy
- Become a trusted expert on Torch’s platform and the dental industry
- Track and manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) with attention to detail and urgency
What We are Looking For:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Proven success with outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
- Experience selling to SMBs (doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building momentum with cold prospects
- Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly
- Strong organizational skills and pipeline management
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: OTE is $100,000 (additional earning potential with uncapped commission), Base salary is $62,500
