Things You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Account Executives and Enterprise sellers focused on New Zealand revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm to manage sales pipeline, forecast performance, and track key metrics.
- Recruit, retain, and nurture a high-potential sales team with a strong performance history.
- Provide training and mentoring on complex sales strategies, including collaboration with legal, product, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and prospects at all organizational levels throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and act as an executive sponsor on key deals to ensure successful closure.
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of Qualtrics’ platform and the competitive landscape to craft win-based proposals and pricing strategies.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams such as Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to support large enterprise engagements.
- Lead the team through change and growth within a fast-evolving business environment using entrepreneurial problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Proven sales leader with 8-10+ years of individual enterprise-level SaaS sales experience and a minimum of 3 years managing sales teams.
- Experience leading a sales team in the Sydney region or managing remote teams focused on New Zealand.
- Strong record of exceeding team sales quotas via metrics-driven coaching and management.
- Expertise in handling complex contract negotiations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Proficient in MEDDPICC or an equivalent sales methodology and experienced in Salesforce.com for pipeline and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adaptability, positive leadership style, and strong operating discipline.
